Visits that add value

What a great end to the day at The Hart School out in Cannock Chase! Both Gary and Alex made a trip over to see one of their Business leaders regarding how they manage their day to day supply teaching requirements plus how it fits in with their current operations. 

At Rekroot IT a lot of our focus is centred around gathering real world feed back in order to help us better refine our products around those discoveries. 

Through engaging conversation with their team Gary and Alex were better able to identify potential bottlenecks that were crucial in creating a more streamlined user experience for our software platform during its development cycle.

From being given a tour around the school, meeting the students and some intriguing brainstorming it really highlighted how important it is to have the right talent on a continuous basis.

It's in these visits the team finds additional inspiration for adding real value to its software products and continue to listen to the hard working staff that really want to make a difference.
